I’ve been trying to figure out a way to make the healthy living community on Tumblr stronger. We’re all going through the same thing, we all have the same struggles, the same unhealthy thoughts, the same obstacles standing in our way—and there are plenty of unhealthy challenges out there…
I’m hoping a challenge like this will help keep me accountable and get me closer to my goals.

I should probably stop waiting until super late at night to do this but……at least I did it!
Anyways, I’m really noticing myself getting stronger. With each workout it gets a little bit easier. The workout also seems shorter somehow….
OH and I find myself looking forward to my workout! This is definitely something new for me haha usually I would dread my workout and then look for reasons to skip it. Not anymore! I don’t even think about skipping a workout. It’s no longer a question about IF I’m going to do a workout, but WHEN I’m going to do a workout. This is really exciting to me.
Eating the right foods is getting easier too. I’m going from a fast food junkie to eating fresh and real food. Fast food has lost its appeal but it’s still a battle because it’s what I’ve gotten accustomed to eating and because I don’t know how to cook very many things. It’s a process and every day I’m getting better!
That’s what this is all about! :)

I drank 80 ounces of water on Day 4
Tomorrow is my cousins birthday party and she is having it at John’s Incredible Pizza…this is going to be an interesting day…avoiding all that pizza and chocolate cake…but I have to stick to my clean eating! I can’t lose it only 3 days in!!!!
It’s the end of day 2 and I’m extremely motivated to finish these last 28 days strong! The only problem is that I usually quit things after about 2 or 3 days. Luckily my sister is home for the three day weekend to help me stay on track! I’m feeling really sore but…
Yep! Good ol’ Jillian Michaels :) she makes me feel like I’m going to die…but then I feel amazing.

Luckily my sister is home for the three day weekend to help me stay on track! I’m feeling really sore but its amazing and I know this will all be worth it in the end. I have a long journey ahead of me, but this challenge is going to bring me so much closer to where I want to be.

I always have trouble sticking with workout/diet plans but having this challenge is keeping me accountable. So excited to see this challenge to the end!!
